I utilize VDOT to deliver a personalized training program, tailored by me for you, your goals, and your lifestyle. VDOT offers Olympic-style training for runners of all levels based off the scientific exercise principles of legendary running coach, Jack Daniels.
As a certified coach, I will tailor every aspect of your training, providing expert guidance, motivation, and support every step of the way.
Festina Lente has been the mantra I have personally used in life and on the road. It is Latin for "make haste, slowly."
It is about wisely and meticulously striving for greatness, at the correct pace.

1. It takes time for coach and athlete to build an understanding of style and what works versus what doesn’t. We will work together to meet your goals while keeping life priorities in check.
